First off, thanks as always to everyone who has supported the Script Collection and the American Cancer Society. While we're not as busy as we once were, we still receive orders every couple of months or so, and we're still scanning all scripts into the computer. An archive CD of all scripts has now been burned and is stored someplace else, so if anything happens to either the original files, or the scripts themselves, we've still got a backup archive of these very special records.
I'd also like to remind you of all the other ways you can support cancer research: local walks/runs/bike rides, breast cancer awareness stamps (they're now up to $9 for a sheet, but that means that the charity receives a larger donation per stamp--back up to the level it was at when the stamp was first issued. And the great advantage is that they can be used once the postage rates go up!), and of course, direct donations to the American Cancer Society or other worthy cancer research organizations. Your continued donations and support bring us that much closer to finding a cure for this dreaded disease.
I finally have everything added up and sent in, and our donation total to the American Cancer Society stands at $4,220.21.
